We had a pleasant stay at Villa Atlas Issen and its farm. The calm, clean air and ubiquitous greenery allowed us to fully relax. During our stay, we went shopping at Carrefour in Agadir, located just 25 minutes away thanks to the highway and double lanes, which was very convenient. Otherwise, there are also shops right next door for the little needs of everyday life. The kids were delighted by the farm animals, including the turkey that followed them everywhere, the cats, and of course Rex, the "farm chef", who had a lot of fun. The owner was warm and attentive to our well-being, and the caretaker and his wife were very helpful and available. A stay full of happiness and peace of mind. Thank you, Villa Atlas Issen we'll be ha to come back!

Abderrahim is a great host and villa manager, there were no questions left and the welcome was warm. We were welcomed with a Moroccan tea and fine pastries. The time on site was supe relaxed, we had a great time as a family. The reception gift fresh from the farm - fresh milk and eggs - were simply delicious. The children enjoyed the tour of the farm. All in all it was just great and we plan to come back. Treat yourself to your break in this idyllic home!

Who can book?

Villa Atlas Issen is reserved exclusively for families and married couples. We welcome multi-generational families, couples and school or event groups — but not mixed groups or parties — to protect the calm, privacy and values that make the villa special.

To keep the environment private and family-focused, we don’t accept mixed friend groups for overnight stays. Married couples and families are always welcome. For a private event, contact us and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Every stay includes exclusive use of your booked space, the large private pool (open all year), full access to the 2-hectare farm and gardens, the play and sport areas, Wi-Fi, parking and on-site staff. Private chef, cleaning, transfers and excursions can be added on request.

Yes — a private chef and traditional Moroccan menu, daily cleaning, airport transfers, a private driver and a full range of excursions can all be arranged. Tell us what you’d like when you enquire and we’ll include it in your quote.

A 30% deposit secures your dates, with the balance due at least four weeks before arrival. A refundable €200 security deposit applies. For full terms, see our booking conditions or ask us directly. (Confirm exact windows before publishing.)
